Amy Nanette Glin has spent her days asking herself W.T.F about everything. Nothing is sacred, including birth, death, life, why chocolate gets wasted covering raisins, religion, God, Spirit, fake orange food, "experts," the popularity of gurus, "authorities," and how people have given over their power to them, the new age and now that she's entered her mid-60s how to navigate old(er) age. Living a life questioning accepted belief systems has given Amy a perspective that doesn't adhere to traditional standards. She's moved over 70 times since she turned 18. She's walked many paths trying to get happy being on the planet. She loves life. The road was long and filled with potholes. She's landed on spiritual, not religious. Entrepreneur, not employee. Sober, not intoxicated. She does her best to look through the eyes of awe and discernment, not judgment. It is challenging. But it all comes down to perspective, which leads to beliefs and actions. Perceptions that describe a day as good or bad when a day simply is. It's so easy to project and not realize that what you see is influenced by where you're looking from. Turns out, life is fun if we stop sucking the marrow out of the bones of it. That's not easy, either. She's managed comedians, cooked for celebrities and priests, created Consciousness in a Can (a collection of conversation, thought and laughter-provoking quotations), developed and sold Amy's Nuts-Crazy Good Granola (a favorite of customers and reviewers), told stories on stages, and presently offers coaching services to help people get clarity in their lives. All of the above influences the perspective Amy writes from. Irreverence sprinkled with hard-earned wisdom that both inspires and entertains. Her novel G.O.D. is available on Amazon. She's published in The Sun, The Coffee Chronicles (A Word with You Press), Three Line Poetry, The Big Book of You, Mountain Astrologer, on the editorial pages of The Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Entrepreneur Magazine and others.
