Allison Krache Giddens is President of Operations at Win-Tech, Inc., a precision aerospace machine shop based in Kennesaw, Georgia, where she has spent two decades helping build a company known for its deep roots in the U.S. defense industrial base.

Outside of Win-Tech, she is the founder of The Dave Krache Foundation, a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit that has helped more than 2,300 metro Atlanta children participate in youth sports since 2013, removing financial barriers so kids can simply play. She is Board Chair of LiveSafe Resources and is actively engaged in Leadership Cobb and the Cobb Chamber of Commerce.

Allison writes across two very different worlds. Her nonfiction book, "The Middle of the Sandwich: Small Business Reality in the Defense Supply Chain," draws on her lived experience navigating the demands, frustrations, and rewards of operating a small business within one of the most complex and compliance-driven industries in the world. It is an honest, practical, and often hard-won perspective that no industry white paper could replicate.

Her debut novel, "Stateless," marks a deliberate creative departure, proof that the same mind that tracks tolerances and compliance deadlines by day is equally at home building fictional worlds by night.

She lives in Marietta, Georgia with her husband and cat, collecting vinyl records and appreciating the humor in just about anything.
