Alice is a leadership and conflict coach, author, and key note speaker. She is the co-founder of The Power House, a global leadership development and culture transformation business. She held senior roles in creative agencies advising clients including Unilever, O2 and Microsoft, becoming Managing Director before joining a now exited health tech startup. Alice completed her professional coaching studies at Henley Business School, holds an accreditation in mediation and conflict resolution with Regent’s University, and trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with the British Psychoanalytic Foundation.
