Alexander Hill is an author of all types of fantasy, but will always find a way to work in his chronic addiction to ancient and medieval history. He decided to write his first novel at 15, after getting concussed by a spin-kick to the head, and never stopped writing. He's been a martial artist all his life, specializing in Wing Chun and Wushu, competing as an athlete on the Ohio State University Dragon Phoenix Wushu Team. Among his vices is a liking to international solo travel, especially when done on a shoe-string budget. His first of such trips inspired his first published novel, Iskandar's Game: The Shadow of Macedon, and those he's taken since are likely to inspire many more. While he dips his toes in many fields, such as philosophy, theology, sociology, anthropology, and geopolitics, his true love has and always will be history, as evident on his YouTube Channel, where he uploads loosely structured ravings about history. He's also incredibly bad at putting real focus into things he doesn't think matters in the big picture. So it's likely this bio will change in the near future.
