Alexander Rodino built his leadership career in one of the most fascinating social and industry career environments on earth—the U.S. Army Infantry. With over a decade of leadership experience, he has led units in tactical, strategic, and training operations, Alex Rodino has accomplished several Army top qualifications, including Ranger, Airborne, Jumpmaster, Pathfinder, Combat, and Expert Infantry Badges, and combative courses, along with awards such as the Bronze Star and Order of Saint Michael (airborne). He was commissioned in 2016 after graduating from Wilkes University with dual degrees in Psychology and Sociology, and Criminology, with concentrations in Political Science, Economics, and Neuroscience. That combination of academic insight and real-world leadership gave him a deep understanding of how people think, behave, and perform under pressure. During his Army career, he served in multiple leadership roles, including platoon leader, executive officer, company commander, and military advisor, with assignments in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, and North Africa. He led soldiers in some of the most storied units in the military, including the 82nd Airborne Division, 1st Brigade Combat Team “the Devils in Baggy Pants” and the 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment—“The Red Devils.” Leading soldiers was his passion and purpose. But after a career-ending injury brought his time in uniform to an end, he had a choice: let his legacy die there or figure out another way to keep giving back. This is how he mindfully leads with legacy now. Alex has transitioned his leadership philosophy into the civilian world as a real estate professional, investor, consultant, and writer. He applies the same principles that built high-trust, high-performance military teams—mindfulness, selfless service, and culture—to business and client relationships. In a short time, he has already earned recognition in the real estate industry for elite-level service and performance. He helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate major decisions with the same mindset he used in uniform. Now, instead of leading soldiers, he leads through legacy—teaching everyday leaders, business owners, and organizations how to build teams and cultures people believe in. His work translates military-tested leadership into strategies anyone can apply in companies, communities, and personal ventures. Different battlefield. Same objective: Lead with mindfulness. Command Chaos. Leave legacy.
