Alex Grow is a father with 25 years of experience in advertising and marketing, making him great at motivating and explaining things clearly. Born in early spring, he started school six months earlier than others, making him the youngest in his class. Additionally, he grew up late, not hitting his growth spurt until he was 16. So, not only was he the youngest, but he was also the shortest in the class. But despite these challenges, he had to learn how to trust himself. And if it wasn't always easy, he learned a lot. Alex is very interested in personal development and has discovered many skills that would have been much more useful to know when he was younger. This is why, when he became a father, he used his background and knowledge to influence his daughter's mindset, making her more confident, motivated, and able to accept that failure is an integral part of progress and should not be feared. The only purpose of Alex's books is to be the big brother, the father or mentor he never had. If one of these books can make a few children's lives easier and better prepare them for the hard life that awaits them, then the effort will have been worth it.
