Alex Campbell is the co-founder of Gold Mind Academy, an ICF-accredited ADHD coach, coach trainer, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. One of the first 40 children diagnosed with ADHD in the UK in 1990, Alex grew up with a clinical label but limited understanding. It was only in adulthood, through the transformative power of ADHD coaching, that he came to fully accept himself as an ADHDer. With extensive experience in therapy and coaching, alongside over a decade spent in the film industry, Alex now brings his insights into the corporate world to help create more neuroinclusive spaces.
