Alex Bruno has added the title of published book author to his already long list of professional achievements. Alex Bruno earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy with a minor in Theatre, and a Master's Degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University with a full Teaching Assistantship, and was initiated into the Eta Delta Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honorary Society (FAU CHAPTER) Bruno completed a second Master's Degree in International Relations (Studies) with a focus on Global Institutions at Florida International University’s (FIU) Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs. The thesis for the second MA is, International Financial Institutions and Caribbean Development: A Comparison of Haiti & Jamaica) examines and discusses the impact of IMF and WB policies on the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) measurements in Haiti and Jamaica, and how they possibly hamper the attainment of those countries United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). This ties into Bruno's interest in studying the Caribbean region in line with the identities of the peoples of the Caribbean, both on the Homefront and in the Caribbean Diaspora. Bruno is a Political Science Professor who served as faculty advisor for the Student Government Association (SGA), Political Forum Club, and faculty sponsor for Palm Beach State College (PBSC) National Model United Nations (NMUN) program. In the latter role, Bruno led the OBSC NMUN Delegations to three straight wins at the NMU Conference in New York in 2024 (Distinguished Delegation), 2025 (Distinguished Delegation) and 2026 (Outstanding Delegation). Bruno is also the State Advisor-Elect for the Florida College System Student Government Association (FCSSDA). Welcome to Bruno's world of Literary Art.
