This series have been published since May 2004 and we're proud of their success. They are also available in Welsh language translations (Jac yr Orsaf). Critically acclaimed for their high standards, Alan's books came Fourth in 2001 and Sixth in 2003 in the Goodchild Prize for Excellent English awarded by the Queen's English Society. In October 2006 Alan was delighted to be invited to join The Welsh Academi for his "contribution to the literature of Wales".
