Adam Bielanski is an MSP operator, executive, coach, and author with more than two decades in technology services. He built, scaled, and exited his own managed services company, then spent the years after that helping other MSP owners grow with more discipline and less chaos.

That operating background shaped Scaling with Purpose: A Roadmap for Managed Service Providers Seeking Sustainable Growth. The book is for owners and leadership teams who want stronger operations, healthier margins, and a business that becomes more valuable over time.

Adam’s work focuses on vision and people, growth discipline, service delivery, profit and enterprise value, and security and automation as scale enablers. He previously led Sierra Pacific Group and co founded MSP+. He is a Service Leadership Index certified coach and a ConnectWise certified professional.

He now serves as a practice leader at Net at Work, a New York based technology advisory firm. Based in Colorado, he remains active in EO, GTIA, PitchIT, and the channel community, writing and speaking for leaders who want execution that actually scales.
