More Master Teacher than coach, Abby is a social activist and skill builder with 20+ years of professional experience as an Integrative Leader, Organizational Consultant, and Group Facilitator. She is a thought leader and facilitator of embodiment - she “practices what she preaches”. As a disrupter, Abby is committed to a new social awareness in favor of exposing outdated structures that are no longer of service, giving way to the experience of peace, freedom and truth in the world. In short, she helps human beings, leaders, teams, and organizations wake up by equipping them with behavioral practices for a modern world. At her core, Abby is a constant learner and a builder focused on awareness and impact. She is committed to finding new ways to connect truth and our direct experience with the world around us - whether for the purpose of building teams as a leader on Wall Street (where she spent 20 years) or simply as an advocate for the path of awakening to true resonance for how to be in this complex world. Abby works with anyone who wants to wake up and become more conscious. She is passionate about what she teaches and enjoys working with leaders and organizations to scale practices that meet the demands of our global economy. She is particularly focused on high profile, high growth technology companies (from start-ups to established companies). Abby's life is devoted to evolving her own consciousness and inviting others evolve theirs. Her personal practice is her top priority. With a specialty focus on conscious leadership, mental health/resilience, emotional intelligence, presence, neuroscience, and science in general, she created a self-study curriculum available to anyone through her book: Evolution Revolution, Conscious Leadership For An Information Age. Originally from the east coast, Abby has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City and she just relocated to Oregon.
