a warm and informative book
I chose this book after a recommend action from a friend. It was a great reflective way to spend a commute; reviewing past strategies for coping and. Finding new skills in coping. I would encourage all to read, particularly those who find it hard to relax.

A very interesting book
I enjoyed this book to listen to whilst working, he touches on some important information about how we veiw our feelings and the results of this.
I have learned alot from this book, it's good for anyone, however you have to put the tools in the book to practice every day for it to be successful just like any kind of healing.

Fantastic Book!
Really enjoyed this audio book. I also bought the actual paper back as it will be useful to scribble in and make notes or just flick to a page reference.

Wow. A most amazing audiobook.
Full of wisdom.
I would recommend this over the unabridged text version. Having the author read it add a lot.

Best mindfulness book you will ever need
If you want to learn mindfulness from the best read this. Kabat-Zinn reads his work beautifully and speaks from years of experience and understanding as a mindfulness practitioner. His wisdom and insight will motivate you to do the practice. He writes very well, it's from Kabat-Zinn that the quote, 'You can't stop the waves but you can learn to surf' originates. He presents the pillars of mindfulness: non-judgement, non-striving, patience, acceptance, beginner's mind, letting go and trust. This book is full to overflowing with wisdom, warmth and presence.

I cried when the book ended. MBSR has really helped me move forward with greater self love.
