Excellent Listen
I enjoyed this story. Ren & Caleb Get of to a rocky start. The only job Rem gat get is working for Caleb. He is a real grump, so Ren resolves to win him over with kindness and being overly cheerful and chatty. Both of them have been left damaged by their previous relationships. This is a great listen, I enjoyed Ren's inner dialogue. This is a great listen.

Ren and Caleb
This story starts with Ren running for her life from her abusive ex-husband, Shane, fortunately, she manages to escape him, but her life is still in danger so to try and keep her safe Walker the Pack Alpha arranges for her to work for Caleb a reclusive almost feral wolf, and ex enforcer for the pack as his housekeeper.
Caleb's mate left him for another wolf, his former friend, and since then he has withdrawn from life, he's living alone in a beautiful house that now needs cleaning from top to bottom. He doesn't want a housekeeper but when Ren arrives she manages to steamroll her way into the job.
These two have both been hurt by their mates and neither of them is looking for a relationship but destiny has other plans for them.
This is a story about finding love where you least expect it, so long as you dare to put your heart on the line and take a chance. The story has lots of action, drama and angst but it also has some very sweet moments too. I don't want to give spoilers so I'm not going to say any more. What I will say is that I enjoyed this story. I liked the characters and wanted them to find happiness together. To find out if they do you will need to download this one or yourself.
The story and the characters are brought to life beautifully by the excellent narration of Julia Emlen.

Shifters
Perfect for teenagers and up.
It’s a lovely love story with plenty of attitude from both sides which is quite amusing.
Lots of hurdles and the past to get through for both of them in this story and very well narrated too

Great characters
This book has a good strong storyline. The characters both have their issues that they are working through, they just need to help each other. A great performance.
