Fascinated
I have been fascinated by the idea of going keto and vegan since past two years but I was not sure about going keto or vegan, but after listening to this audiobook, I think I might try keto as well as vegan for at least 30 days as this audiobook presents a good diet plan, I think this must just be the right time for trying keto.

Not vegan?
Contains recipes including meat, eggs and dairy although it does occasionally talk about being vegan keto. Don't understand?! Waste of time.
