Super Easy To Follow

This book is a great one about hypnosis and I learned from it the meaning of hypnosis and how can I use it on others to help them overcome stress and depression. I also learned how to use it even on myself for the same reason. I recommend for anybody that suffer with these issues

It actually works!!

This meditation actually helps me to fall asleep in about 5 minutes, and that's very rare for me! I love that it has a focus on helping anxiety and stress and I've actually felt more relaxed after a few nights of listening to it. It's well written and just enjoyable to listen to! Would recommend for anyone struggling with stress or falling asleep!

A wonderful resource to help calm your nerves

This is a unique audiobook. There are several meditation audiobooks around but this is the first that I have seen that is specifically designed for managing depression, anxiety, stress and panic attacks. It is very effective in helping individuals to fall asleep. I find the words empowering and coupled with the narration is a comforting combination and companion to my bedtime routine.

I believe the text is also great for building self-esteem, confidence and self-reflection.
