This is an excellent guide

This is an excellent guide to help figure out how to calm a busy mind. The narrator's voice is calming and the delivery is effective. It's a good audio-book but I'll need to listen to it multiple times to better implement its content. The guided meditations true to their descriptions. From a seeking Beginner, this was a very informative audio-book, easy to understand. Very pleased - a bonus is that the speaker's voice is soothing and kind.

Deep Sleep Meditation

When I am tired is very easy for me to fall asleep again. However, I suffer from insomnia, so waking up late at night and falling back to sleep has always been a challenge for me. This meditation has been probably the only one from many I have tried that has helped me to fall back to sleep and waking up feeling rested. I highly recommend it!

Awesome book

Every reflection is separated into explicit advances, ordered by circumstance, and has a prelude clarifying and presenting the activity. Of all the reflection/care books out there, this one appears to be progressively legitimate, easy to use, just as a more excellent complete guide by and large so I would suggest it for anybody battling with discovering harmony consistently and additionally preliminaries.

Loved this audible!

This was a welcome addition to my meditation series. I had a big problem to get into sleep and this calming meditation has helped me focus on the positive aspects rather than dwelling on daily things I have not control over.

Best Deep Sleep Meditation

When some hear the word meditation different things come to mind. For me I have had my belief and understanding of what mediation is refined and clarified. What I really appreciated about the book was the way it made it something that everyone of us have access to instead of something that is limited to a certain group of people.

It is well organized audio

Really fantastic ! This is really amazing for teaching a way for people to relieve some of their anxiety. A lot of people do not even know they are experiencing anxiety. The author explains everything very well and the meditations are very well done. It is organized well, audio by an informed source and matches well with the mindfulness journey I even have been on myself. I enjoy listening through the short practices once I have a couple of minutes' time and marking min I do know I will be able to want to return back to.

I Recommended....!!

The narrator is both a meditation instructor and a licensed psychologist, and offers too many meditation suggestions, many tailored to address not only anxiety, but also to help in finding balance, relieving pain, and encouraging relaxation. Most of the practices are done seated, but both a standing and a walking meditation are offered for those times when sitting isn’t possible.

Worthy listen!

I've had this audio book for about a month and have used it most nights to fall asleep within minutes of laying down. Got great help from this audible.

Thankful to Narrator

I love this! I usually began my mornings with mental list of things I needed to get accomplished that day. A cup of stress first thing in the morning. These meditations help me to focus first on thanksgivings and well-being for I start my day. Everything is a new beginning and a new chance to get something right you didn't yesterday. Thanks

This really helped me fall asleep. The first time I listened to it, I was out before the end. I woke up in a much better mood the next day. I plan on using this again tonight. Thanks for the help sleeping!

Nice book

These meditations are longer than many other guided meditations and really give time for you to breathe and concentrate on the directions before moving on so you don't have to pause it. Titles to explain what to use each of them would also be helpful. It still isn't enough for me to take away stars though, these recordings are really that good. A real lifesaver for me.
