Bedtime stories to help your mind rest

Since it's known that blue light can disrupt sleep patterns, this audiobook is the perfect substitute for counting sheep. The stories are low-key but entertaining. Since these stories don't challenge the soul as much, they are perfect sleeping companions. I usually toss and turn for a long time before nodding off, but after listening to the stories, they had a calming effect on my racing brain, and I could fall asleep in record time. I rotate them and bookmark my favorite spots. I recommend this to anyone who wants to relax while listening to a good story.
