Awesome collection of relaxing stories

Since I discovered that I can fall asleep listening to spoken word audio, I've been seeking additional stories. Very Helpful

When I first started listening to Bedtime Stories for Adults, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Firstly, the narrator's voice is perfect for this audiobook - great job. Very soothing. As explained in the description, the book is a combination of pleasant, positive ending stories dealing with being yourself and hypnotic meditations. It was interesting that the author chose to use different issues for each meditation, including one for love and a different one for forgiveness - not what you would expect for a meditation. Of course, positivity and loving yourself were the main themes running through all. This is a very useful audiobook, and I plan to listen to it multiple times as I work through different negative emotions presented in life.

Great Book Meditiation

This audible book is awesome for relaxation. This information will help me during my unwinding time after being up all day. It will make readjust my thoughts, my muscles, I think all of us need some self-care deep meditation with yourself. It is very important to take time to stay in tune with yourself. I really enjoyed listening to this audible book. I will definitely be listening again. Great Book!!!!

Relaxing!

i've started to listen to this audiobook recently and i really enjoyed every story and never thought adults need bedtime stories too! Everything about this book is so relaxing, the soft music, the narrator's voice and performance, the stories about nature (which is my escape and my happy place). Everyone is dealing with some kind of stress during the day, from work, to dealing with kids etc... we all need to relax before bed, and this is the book for you!

Soothing to Go to Sleep

I was pleasantly surprised to find this amazing collection of bedtime stories! I often have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. But no more! I have discovered this hidden gem, Bedtime Stories for Adults. I have played it all night long for the last two nights and slept like a baby both nights. The narrator is so soothing and the stories hypnotize me and lull me to sleep. I fell asleep quickly and when I woke up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, I felt soothed by the story that was playing and I was able to fall back asleep quickly. Instead of listening to the anxious thoughts in my head, I was distracted by these soothing stories and was able to get some restful sleep. I’m excited to share this collection with my friends and family!
