Enjoy life at this age!

I really love the exercises in here that specifically focus on chronic pain. They say everyone gets older and your body falling apart just comes with the territory. Well, I'm okay with getting older. But I want to still enjoy life. I know my body won't be the same as a 20-year-old. But if I take care of myself, I can still get around just fine and do a lot of things I love. This was a good book for showing me things I can do (no crazy intense workouts) that will help me enjoy life for a long time to come.

Exercise book without pictures

I wasn't sure how an audiobook would work without pictures, but I was amazed. The narrator explains each movement and walks through each step clearly. Moreover, her voice and tone are upbeat and full of positive energy. I'm halfway through the 30-day plan, and I already feel more robust and more flexible. But this book goes beyond just yoga. It dives into hydration, nutrition, breathing, and pain relief. Finally, the quotes at the beginning of each chapter are relevant and fun.

Great book!

This book is an absolute gem for seniors looking to stay active and independent as they age. Excellent fitness resource for seniors

If you're looking for an easy to follow workout plan that will increase your strength and flexibility without being too intense, look no further! I wasn't sure how an exercise book would translate to an audiobook, but the author has done a fantastic job of breaking down each exercise so it's easy to understand how to do it. The workouts are also short, which makes it easy to do every day. I also really like the narrator's voice, it's very soothing and helps you glide through the workouts. Highly recommend!

An amazing fitness resource

If you want a workout plan that's simple to follow and boosts strength and flexibility without being overly intense, this is it! I was skeptical about how an exercise book could work as an audiobook, but the author nailed it by explaining each exercise clearly. The workouts are quick, making them perfect for daily use. Plus, the narrator's voice is calming and makes the sessions flow smoothly. I definitely suggest giving it a try!

A Must Listen for Seniors

I've practiced yoga for over 15 years. Now that I am well past 60, I continue to look for exercises that I can do and be consistent with practicing. You can get a complete workout following the instructions. These exercises also help with joint and pain relief. The audiobook comes with illustrated exercises that you can download. The best part of this audiobook is that it's like having your own personal trainer in your living room, giving you instructions while you perform the exercises. Great Listen!
