Helpful Reminder
Most of us know what healthy food is, this book aims to get you to want to eat healthier most of the time. it's geared towards lifestyle changes rather than dieting (which isn't sustainable). Clearly not read by AI, just in case previous review stating that turns anyone off. Giving 4 star for now, will see if it works 🤞

Not for me
I’m sure for normal eaters this is a good book. But “eat vegan 80% of the time and don’t eat as many sweets” doesn’t cut it for me. I probably just needed something else.

Absolutely brilliant
I read the easy way to stop smoking 15 years ago and never looked back , so I new that this book would work. It’s brilliant m not on a diet I’m just living , iv lost almost a stone in 2 weeks ! You just need to listen and take it all in

Awful Narration
I was really intrigued by the blurb and excited to get started on this book but the audio narration made it unbearable to listen to. From the sample it seemed ok but the narration absolutely ruins the book. Such a shame!

I was on board until it said going hungry doesn't physically hurt. Which is obviously a lie. Waiting to eat does not make food taste better. Another obvious lie. I wanted this to work like the quitting smoking book did. l

utter nonsense
The easy way to stop smoking was brilliant so I thought I'd try this. It's fine if you want to become vegan and only eat raw foods! The basic message seems to be that anything other than raw fruit and veg is poison. Disappointed
