Fantastic book
I'm half way through listening to this book and I absolutely love it. I don't know if it will help me to stop drinking or not(I believe it will) but it's packed of healthy life philosophy. Author asks great questions. Its truly eye opener. Also book is full of entertaining stories. I was laughing so much I had chest and jaw pain. Highly recommended. Worth every penny

Promises much and was a little deceiving but very good
I can see how this book has helped people stop drinking but the title suggests you’ll be able to control alcohol rather than never touch it again. To say ‘don’t think you can’t ever drink again’ and then at the end to say ‘have your last drink and make a solemn promise to never drink again’ was disappointing but I feel confident I’ll be looking differently at alcohol now. There’s lots of good stuff in this book, I just wasn’t completely won over by the overall message sadly

Life changer
If only this was a mandatory part of the school curriculum... This book has left me with a sense of excitement at what my life holds ahead now that it is no longer dominated by Devastation.

Very satisfied
Great listen. I now have a whole new outlook on alcohol. I’m feeling confident and excited about my future! If anyone ever thought about quitting alcohol I would highly recommend this book, it can do no wrong.

Life changing book nothing else will work
I read the book and wanted to remind my self of the details, I love the audio as it is more enjoyable than reading, now I am free, RIP allen Carr!!

Simply Superb
This book has completely changed my views on alcohol and I'm getting out of the trap. As well as life changing content, Allen presents it in a very easy to read way. I loved his dry, somewhat sarcastic humour. I laughed out a few times. Very engaging. The narration was slick and it was clear that Mr Mitchley got both the book and the author. I cant recommend it highly enough. A life changing must read. Thank you Allen, Richard and of course, Audible

Great book for those in search of answers
A different take. on a difficult topic.
I listened to it in one go and will definately return to it. I have now decided to stop drinking and good riddance to the enemy within.
