Valentine Cosy Mysteries

In the cozy Cotswold village bookshop, romance is flying off the shelves, but on Valentine's Day, love is a real killer… Hearts are aflutter as the town gathers for a romantic Valentine's dinner at the local pub. But a shadow falls over the evening when an unwelcome troublemaker stirs up old...

Valentine Beaumont is a beautician with a problem. Not only has she got a meddling mother, a wacky staff, and a dying business, but now she’s got a dead client who was strangled while awaiting her facial. With business the way it is, combing through this mystery may be the only way to save her salon. Until a second murder, an explosion, a kidnapping, death threats, and the hard-nosed Detective Romero complicate things. But Valentine will do anything to untangle the crime.

When my cat pulls his ‘finicky eater’ act, I detour to the store to buy him something yummy. I’m in the cat food aisle staring at the ugliest cat carrier I’ve ever seen when I hear gunshots. A panicked, lost, black cat, is skittering toward the front door. I do what any sensible person would: I tackle the cat. I rip my dress. I lug that cat around in the ugliest carrier trying to find his owner. But the only guy that will help me is the ghost of the man who was just murdered…

It’s Valentine’s Day and Aggie is looking forward to her yearly ritual of curling up on the couch in front of the television while eating ice cream. Wearing a very uncomfortable, slinky, red dress that Betty picked out for her, and a ruby red pocketbook to match, Aggie stumbles into a dangerous Valentine’s Day she’ll never forget.
