Space Satire

It’s 1969, and President Kennedy is serving his third term, and is maybe not quite himself—he has pushed America clean off the edge of the Space Age. Nancy Kranick (Emmy nominee Natasha Lyonne) is a night nurse on an orbiting space station who hates her job, is sick of space, and wants nothing more than a safe place to smoke a cigarette that won’t blow everyone up. Then she stumbles into an outer-space conspiracy tangled around President Kennedy, a miserable and long-forgotten estate lawyer named Richard Nixon, and an intergalactic object that could rewrite the course of history.

It’s the year 2872 and the young, beautiful, and insane Keila Eisenstein is on the run from her long-time stalker, Bjorn Muller. Escaping him for the umpteenth time, Keila crashes down on the asteroid colony Eden, most famous for the long-running reality show The Bronze Age Fools.

The 1960s. A world before modern building materials. A world where man only dreamed of space exploration. A world in which everything was made from paper. The intrepid crew of the Good Ship Corrugated set off into the black in search of excitement and adventure. But what they bring back will change our world forever.

Far enough in the future for anything to be conceivable, the ridiculously wealthy and dementia-ridden villain Abraham Goldstein is defrauded by shrewd scientist Jack Brown into funding an implausible "secret" project to travel to heaven and meet God! Against all logic, the machine ends up working, and Abraham finds out the god is dead and that Yahweh, in his suicide letter, was kind enough to leave the schematics for the mind-control chip he used to convince Bronze Age humans he was a god.
