At a high-tech spy exhibit, Hazmat and Jay spot an impressive gadget that is capable of blocking all communications. Jay muses to Hazmat that beating Shadow Cell would be a breeze if Recon Academy had one for themselves. Unfortunately, Shadow Cell feels the same way. Before Jay and Hazmat know it, Shadow Cell operatives nab the device - and activate it! Outnumbered, trapped, and unable to call for backup, Jay and Haz have to risk everything to protect the vital technology.

At a karate tournament, Hazmat loses his match but scores his first date. But as a member of the Recon Academy, this forensics expert has more to worry about than what to wear. The evil Shadow Cell squadron has broken into the city’s nuclear power plant. If the Recon Academy doesn’t hurry, a massive meltdown might ruin Hazmat’s big night.

Becoming the world’s top security force takes practice, but Jay is sick of running the usual drills. This gadget guru wants things done his way, or not at all. When the evil Shadow Cell squadron infiltrates the city’s naval base, Jay must make a decision. Will he work with the team to stop the bad guys? Or, will Jay leave the Recon Academy for good?

Emmi, Jay, and Ryker are rock-climbing in the mountains when a storm hits, ruining their field trip. As they descend Seaside Peak, Hazmat radios from base, delivering some bad news - national security is at risk! A Navy submarine is unable to upload top-secret data because the storm has knocked down the antenna on Seaside Peak. With the window of opportunity for the transmission running out, team Recon will have to find a way to get to the antenna soon!

The US Navy is launching a secret spy satellite near Seaside High School. However, the Recon Academy is too distracted to provide their usual security. Each member has just received a brand new laptop computer for free! The deal is too good to be true. When the machines go haywire, the team must scramble to save themselves and the satellite.

When a new kid named Eric Stone comes to Seaside High, he recruits Ryker and Jay to help create an invention for the National Science Competition. The three teens make a great team, but soon, strange accidents befall Hazmat and Emmi, and they grow suspicious of the new kid.

The US Navy asks Recon Academy to tighten their security during an important building demolition, and the teens are eager to accept. After all, what's cooler than zooming around the desert in dune buggies while watching a giant building explode?

When someone hacks the Federal Reserve Bank computer, the Recon Academy needs to act fast. If they don’t stop the techno thief soon, the world’s economy could crumble.
