Wyoming Burn (Jim Atlas: A vigilante justice thriller series Book 1) Summary

The cabin was supposed to be his escape. It became an ambush. When a gunman opens fire on his door with a submachine gun, medically retired Marine Jim Atlas is forced back into the kind of fight he thought he'd left behind. He has no mission, no intel, and no idea who wants him dead. But he knows one thing: whoever sent the triggerman made a serious mistake. As Atlas starts digging, the attack leads him into a criminal operation that runs deeper than he expected, filled with corruption and men willing to kill to protect what they've built. The FBI may want him to stand down, but Atlas has never been good at waiting for someone else to handle the problem. Especially when the problem came looking for him first. Fast-paced and sharp-edged, Wyoming Burn launches the Jim Atlas series with a damaged but dangerous hero, explosive action, and a mystery that grows more dangerous with every answer. Perfect for readers who enjoy military action thrillers, morally gray heroes, and justice-driven suspense. Book 1 in the Jim Atlas Vigilante Justice Thriller series.
