In this podcast, we will discuss topics in education and parenting, and their intersection with faith, purpose, and community. Your host, Michael Chen, currently serves as the Head of School at Pacific Bay Christian School (aka PacBay). He has been an educator for over 20 years in the San Francisco and Boston areas with experience in educational equity, social justice, international development, organizational change, and youth leadership.

The “Skills Gap” is real in today’s customer-oriented workplace.
