Only three countries have the apparatus to make this event possible: the United States, Germany, and Japan. But now, scientists have been killed, followed immediately by the detection of a time displacement wave - the signature of a time traveler trying to change the past. There are only two days to rectify the situation, or else history settles into a new pattern.
