On Thursday night as we went to bed, the world was a beautiful place! We were deeply in love: blissful, happy, and content. All things in life were right and in order as we drifted off to sleep in each other's arms like so many times before. The next morning at 5:30 am, every single thing changed forever!

The death of a relationship through any means causes such pain and we will do anything to get over it. The question is, how? This book was inspired, not just by my work as a clinical psychologist dealing with clients who have suffered terrible heartbreaks, but by my own personal experiences and those of friends.
