Hip-Hop Verse Shakespeare is a literary musical concept for literature, art, theater and music lovers to connect with Shakespeare’s characters re-imagined. Social perceptions are cleverly challenged in this narrative form. In the first book of the Hip-Hop Verse Shakespeare series, Othello: "When the Knight Fell" V.1 Clear Rises, our main character lives as a white minority amongst an African American music community. He finds his star contemptuously rising over the tough multicultural city of New York, and a forbidden love interest that has become impossible to contain.

"Twenty-seven years I've been staying strong / If God didn't want me here I wouldn't belong / So why was everyone treating me wrong / I still play it in my head..." This book is a collection of poems and prayers written in unique and contemporary hip-hop style.
