Spurgeon Gems is a collection of quotations from Spurgeon’s sermons, preached during the years 1880 through 1892. The 280 quotations mostly consist of a few sentences up to a paragraph and are arranged into 34 relevant topics. Few if any preachers of the Word ever have preached the Gospel of the grace of God with greater clarity. These excerpts serve as 1) an introduction to the writings of Spurgeon, 2) a refreshing reminder of the glories of the Lord, and 3) a summary of the doctrines proclaimed by this outstanding man of God.

The bible is like a roadmap with hidden treasures spread throughout its pages. It contains the most valuable jewels that anyone could possess. These valuable gems are the promises (phrases and statements) inspired by God himself, and they can be life changing. God has given us his wisdom, his principles, and his promises, so that we can apply them to our own lives. When we diligently practice these truths, they can impart freedom, good health, success, and prosperity.
