They had just been married and graduated from college as they headed for their first job on a remote Aleutian island.

Herzog Bernhard zu Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach (1792-1862) ergriff als Zweitgeborener die militärische Laufbahn, daneben entwickelte er sich zu einem Mathematiker und Reiseschriftsteller.
