Episode 4 of Unknown Skies investigates one of the most compelling mass UFO sightings ever reported.

On the morning of 6 April 1966, more than 200 students and teachers at Westall High School in Melbourne, Australia, watched an unidentified object descend into a nearby paddock before rapidly departing the area. Within hours, military personnel were reportedly on scene, witnesses claimed they were warned not to discuss what they had seen, and one of Australia’s most enduring UFO mysteries was born.

In this episode, we reconstruct the events of that morning using eyewitness testimony, historical records, and expert analysis. We examine the conflicting explanations, the alleged government response, and why the Westall incident continues to fascinate researchers nearly sixty years later.

Was it an experimental aircraft? A misunderstood natural phenomenon? Or one of the strongest cases of a daylight mass UFO sighting ever recorded?

Listen now and decide for yourself.

Episode 3: Ariel School

In this episode of Unknown Skies, we examine one of the most unsettling and widely discussed UFO cases of the 1990s: the Ariel School incident in Ruwa, Zimbabwe.

On 16 September 1994, more than sixty schoolchildren reported seeing a strange craft near their school grounds. Some described small beings. Some said they received a message. Decades later, many of the witnesses still stand by what they saw.

Was it mass suggestion? Childhood imagination? A misunderstood event? Or something harder to explain?

We follow the timeline, the witness accounts, the media coverage, and the lasting impact of a case that refuses to fade.

In this special episode of Unknown Skies, we review Disclosure Day, the new UFO-themed film directed by Steven Spielberg, the filmmaker behind Close Encounters of the Third Kind and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.

We look at how the film handles disclosure, government secrecy, public fear, first contact, and the long shadow of Spielberg’s earlier work in the UFO genre. Does Disclosure Day feel like a serious evolution of the subject, or does it lean too heavily on nostalgia?

This is a review for UFO followers, film fans, and anyone interested in how Hollywood shapes the way we think about unidentified aerial phenomena.
