Whether you are a swimmer, are a parent of a swimmer or athlete at any level Tom gives some fascinating insight into what it takes to be an Olympic Champion, his co-host provides some insight looking from the outside in as a friend of an Olympic champion and his own athletic endeavours.
I have listened to every episode and production values have improved between Episode 1 and the start of season 4, but sometimes, especially with guests and a single microphone (most recently in the James Guy interview) it can be a little patchy, but maybe this is a sneaky tactic to ensure you go back for a second listen…
Keep up the great work as you move through Season 4.

A fascinating and insightful listen…
