  • The Next 90 Days Are Coming Either Way
    Sep 25 2026

Most people don't fail because they don't know what to do. They know. They just don't do it, and then they tell themselves a story about why.

This one is about execution. Donna and Jeremiah get into self-sabotage and the costumes it wears, like procrastination, perfectionism, and waiting for the right time. They talk about fear as something that was built to protect you and ended up running you instead. Donna tells the story of driving herself from California to Florida at 22 with a paper map from AAA and a bag of Doritos, and what looking back at that drive taught her about her own resilience. Jeremiah talks about hiking the Pacific Crest Trail two miles a day for three years, and about taking ownership so hard that people at work joke everything is his fault. And then there's the oak door. A crew chipped a brand new one in a customer's house and the company just bought the guy a new door, because ownership is either how you operate or it isn't.

Then they draw the line: the next 90 days are going to pass whether you do anything or not. The only question is who you'll be standing there at the end of them.

    In this episode:

    • Why knowing more isn't the thing that's missing
    • Self-sabotage disguised as procrastination, perfectionism, and overthinking
    • Fear as protection that turned into paralysis, and doing it afraid anyway
    • Babe Ruth was the home run king and the strikeout king, and Ali only counted the pushups that hurt
    • Two islands, and what it takes to get in the water
    • Extreme ownership, at home and in the business
    • Building the 90 day plan and making the commitment out loud
    • How you end your day, and why the last thought matters as much as the first

  • Motivation Lies. Discipline Doesn't.
    Sep 19 2026

Everybody thinks successful people are more motivated than they are. They're not. They just built better habits back when nobody was watching, and they kept them on the days they didn't feel like it.Donna and Jeremiah get into what actually holds a life together after the excitement wears off. The first fifteen minutes of the morning and the rule about not touching the phone. Why discipline is really just keeping the promise you made to yourself. How to get back up after you break it without spiraling. Donna talks about the years she worked twelve to fourteen hours a day, seven days a week, and what changed when she finally put boundaries around her weekends. Jeremiah talks about calling three random people a week just to ask how they're doing, and what that one habit did to his relationships. In this episode:Why motivation is just dopamine, and why it will leave youThe first fifteen minutes of your day, and the phone ruleDiscipline as keeping your word to yourself when nobody is watchingFailing on purpose, and getting back up the next morning instead of next MondayThe four buckets: urgent, not urgent, important, not importantWhy planning creates freedom, and why everything feels urgent without oneYour calendar reveals your valuesSystems that carry you on the days you don't want to show upIf this one hit, follow The Success Toolbox and leave a review. • You Don't Rise to Your Goals. You Fall to Your Identity.
    Sep 12 2026

Deciding to change is not the same as changing. You can set the goal, buy the course, write the plan, and still end up right back where you started, because the person you are is the person who built the life you have. That is the uncomfortable part. If you do not like your bank balance, your health, or the relationship you are in, something inside you is still producing it.

In this one Donna talks about the week she lost her business, her fiancé, her home, and all her money, and why she believes the old Donna had to go before the new one could exist. Jeremiah tells the story of a blizzard in northern Nebraska, a hotel room he did not pay for, and the moment he realized nothing he was doing was working. Then they get practical about what actually rebuilds a self image.

    What we get into:

    • Why your identity, not your goals, sets your results
    • Letting go of an old identity even when it is the only thing you know
    • The worthiness belief Donna carried from her dad leaving, and what it cost her
    • Jeremiah's rock bottom in a Nebraska blizzard, and the day things started to shift
    • Acting like the person before you feel like the person, and why confidence comes after the action
    • Small daily proof: the 5 a.m. club, affirmations, task lists, one hard conversation, one workout
    • Why transformation is thousands of small moments and never one big one
    • Three questions to sit with: Who do I need to become to reach my biggest goal? What belief do I have to replace? What habit starts today?

The Prosperity Mindset course is where this gets structured into modules you can actually work through. Start at donnakreisler.com.
