  • Like No Other - Michelle Graves
    Mar 30 2026

    #likenoother — for Michelle Graves, it’s more than a hashtag. It’s a standard. A mindset. A promise.

As Race Director of the St. George Marathon, Michelle carries that mantra into every detail—shaping an experience in Southern Utah that stands shoulder to shoulder with the best marathons in the world.

But what actually makes St. George #likenoother?

Is it the seamless execution by the St. George City Parks & Recreation team?
The rich history woven into every mile of the course?
The thousands of volunteers—families who show up year after year to lift runners when they need it most?
Is it the magic of the start… the emotion of the finish…

Or is it something harder to define—something you can only feel when you’re there?

In this episode, Colleen sits down with Michelle to uncover what makes this race so special—and to celebrate 50 years of a marathon that continues to leave its mark on everyone who runs it.

    2026 Registration opens April 1st @ 6a MT

  • Unbreakable Sole - Missy Moss Wright & Alan Moss
    Mar 24 2026

A marathon is 26.2 miles—but ask any runner, and they’ll tell you it’s so much more than that. The real journey begins long before the starting line and continues long after the finish.

Endurance sport is one of the greatest metaphors for life. Some miles feel effortless. Others stretch on forever. There are climbs that test your strength, descents that challenge your control, and moments where your resolve is pushed to its limit. And yet—somehow—the deeper the struggle, the greater the joy waiting for you at the finish line.

This year, the St. George Marathon celebrates its 50th anniversary—a milestone marked by thousands of stories written across its iconic course.

One of those stories belongs to Missy Wright, who captured her journey in her book Unbreakable Sole. In this episode, Missy is joined by her father, Alan Moss—a 30-time St. George Marathon finisher—who inspired her to run her first St. George Marathon at just 11 years old.

Together, their story is about more than running. It’s about family, legacy, resilience, and the kind of love that turns ordinary people into something truly unbreakable.

Listen to an excerpt of Missy's book UNBREAKABLE SOLE.
