Hey there, Scorekeepers! We're back... for a minute at least. We just wanted to check in real quick and drop a proof of life before we duck back out for a little more vacation. This week, we catch up with a quick conversation about what we've been watching so far this summer before we dive into all the creative projects we've been working on. Rocky got a nice promotion at his day job. Paige took a restorative trip to Jamaica and is embarking on a very exciting masquerade project that will take them all over the African diaspora. And Dr. Bynum is working on a new opera called 90 Miles from Anywhere, which explores the fascinating history of Black migrant workers in Long Island, NY. Last April, as part of the Hear it Here Podcast Festival, we gathered at Lincoln Center's David Rubinstein Atrium to sit in the presence of music royalty!
