• Democrat Electoral Power: Counting Illegal Aliens in The Census and Gerrymandering
    Oct 16 2026
Today we are highlighting one of the most calculated power plays in modern American politics: the deliberate counting of illegal aliens in the census, paired with aggressive gerrymandering, to inflate Democratic House seats, shift Electoral College leverage, and lock in control of federal resources. States are currently required to count every person residing here for apportionment purposes. Democrats have weaponized that rule. By including millions of non-citizens who are here unlawfully, they boost the population totals in blue strongholds. Those inflated numbers then drive the drawing of congressional districts that make it structurally harder for Republicans to compete. Combined with race-based map drawing and selective enforcement of election rules, the result is a system tilted before a single ballot is cast. Joining us today is Marshall Yates, Strategic Counsel at the Oversight Project and the leader of its REPAIR Initiative, Redistricting and Election Protection for American Integrity and Representation. Yates previously served as Assistant Director of the FBI’s Office of Congressional Affairs, as Chief of Staff on Capitol Hill, and as Executive Director of the Election Integrity Network. He also worked on the Justice Department’s Weaponization Working Group and as a staffer on the House Judiciary Subcommittee examining the weaponization of the federal government. He is now leading nationwide litigation and oversight efforts to challenge who gets counted in the census and these maps to protect the integrity of representation.

  • Virginia Isn’t for Lovers, Its All For Illegal Aliens Now | The Rob Maness Show EP 726
    Oct 15 2026
Virginia used to be for lovers. Now it’s a sanctuary playground for criminal illegal aliens, and the Democrat politicians running the place are fine with that. The Commonwealth that once stood for the rule of law has become a case study in what happens when elected officials put open-borders ideology ahead of public safety. The Virginia Attorney General is even going after a sheriff for the simple act of cooperating with ICE. Illegal criminals are being released instead of held. Violent offenders who never should have been here continue crime sprees while the same officials who lecture the rest of us about “justice” look the other way. On top of that, early voting is stretched out to 45 days heading into the midterms, another move that benefits the side that prefers longer counts and looser rules. This isn’t compassion. It’s a failure to enforce the law. And the people paying the price are the legal residents of Virginia who just want their communities safe. Joining me today is Virginia State Senator Bryce Reeves. He’s a U.S. Army veteran and Ranger who has served both in uniform, in law enforcement, and in the Virginia Senate, where he has consistently pushed back against policies that undermine law enforcement and border security.

  • New Book: NOT ON OUR WATCH: A Young Soldier's Warning to America
    Oct 14 2026
If you think America’s divisions are just heated rhetoric, you haven’t been paying attention, and you haven’t heard from someone who watched his own country collapse from the inside. Guy Paul Nohra was fifteen in Beirut when the Lebanese Civil War turned neighbors into enemies. He put down a school uniform, picked up a rifle with the Christian militia, and fought to keep his neighborhood from being wiped out. After surviving that slaughter, his parents got him out to the United States. He became a citizen in 1983, earned a degree from Stanford and an MBA from the University of Chicago, and went on to co-found Alta Partners, raising more than two billion dollars across eight funds and investing in over 180 healthcare and life-sciences companies. He made the Forbes Midas List, later ran for governor of Nevada, and now hosts the podcast In Layman’s Terms. He is not a theorist. He is a man who lived the consequences of political rhetoric turning into civil war, and he sees the same patterns taking root here, dehumanization of opponents, the steady advance of political Islam in Europe and parts of the United States, and the refusal to confront either one. His new book, Not On Our Watch: A Young Soldier’s Warning to America, draws the direct line between what destroyed Beirut and what is fracturing this country now. He is here. We’ll talk about Lebanon, the midterms, Iran, Nigeria, and whether we still have the will to stop this before it stops us.

  • Columbus Day: We Must Lead in The War to Defend Western Civilization
    Oct 13 2026
It’s Columbus Day, America. And I’m not apologizing for it. While the professional grievance industry spends another year trying to turn a man who risked everything to open the New World into a cartoon villain, the rest of us are supposed to sit quietly and pretend Western Civilization just appeared by magic. It didn’t. Men like Columbus made it possible. Flawed, courageous, driven by faith and ambition, he same ingredients that built the freest, most prosperous civilization in human history. The people who want to erase that don’t just hate a holiday. They hate the inheritance itself. That’s the real fight. Not statues. Not names on a map. The war to defend the West is happening right now in school boards, in boardrooms, in the border crisis, and in the midterms. If we lose the culture, the elections become a formality. If we win the culture, everything else gets easier. That’s why Mayor JD Longo is back with us today. Marine combat veteran, mayor of Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, the kind of man who still thinks duty matters and who understands that Pennsylvania is ground zero for whether this country keeps its nerve or keeps apologizing. We’ll hit the midterms, the numbers, the Fetterman-McCormick dynamic, the visa fraud Vance just called out, and what it actually takes to stop the slow-motion surrender.

  • Texas Is Legal Battleground for Trump Immigration and Election Policies
    Oct 12 2026
Texas is the legal battleground for Trump’s policies, and the other side is finding out this state does not blink. Start with Christian Castro you just saw. Minnesota wanted an ICE agent dragged out of a Texas jail over a January Minneapolis shooting during the crackdown. Governor Abbott sat on the extradition. A federal judge would not force Texas to hand him over. Castro walked out of that Brownsville lockup. The case did not die there. He is now charged in Minnesota, state and federal, including counts that he lied to investigators about the shooting, and he is suspended without pay. He went north on his own. Texas never signed the warrant. That is the fight: a blue-state prosecution hunting a federal officer, and this state refusing to play courier. Austin put a name on the other side of that ledger. Wilber Garces Perez, a Venezuelan with a final removal order, was shot by ICE after prosecutors say he struck an officer with his vehicle and ran. The Justice Department charged him with assaulting a federal officer. Up to twenty years. The activist script says the agent is the criminal. The charging documents say the man behind the wheel is. In this same stretch of weeks, the Supreme Court cleared states to check voter citizenship against the federal SAVE system. Texas has already been on that tool. The dissent fretted about paperwork. The majority said the federal government can help states keep noncitizens off the rolls. Election-law changes here are aimed at the same hole: prove you belong on the list or get off it. To walk through it all with us, Houston attorney Michael J. Wynne is my guest today. Twelve years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of Texas, Houston, Brownsville, and McAllen, right on the border. Harvard Law. Now he does the other side of the table: white-collar defense, extradition, government investigations, and election law. He has lived this jurisdiction from both chairs

  • The Midterm Elections Choice: Common Sense or Communism
    Oct 7 2026
Secretary Rubio just stood in the White House for Hispanic Heritage Month and said the quiet part the cable networks will not touch. The choice in these midterms is not left versus right. It is common sense versus communism. Secure borders or open ones. Paychecks that buy groceries or an inflation tax dressed up as compassion. Parents in charge of their kids, or a bureaucracy that thinks it owns them.
The press spent the week screaming that Latino voters have abandoned President Trump. Same outlets that swore 2024 was a fluke. Reuters, NBC, Telemundo, all reading from the same sheet. Approval in the twenties. Democrats up twenty points. Texas is supposedly back in play. Florida too. Funny how the panic always lands four weeks before an election, and funny how it never includes the Latinos who actually live with the consequences. The ones who watched prices jump after Washington picked another war. The ones who want the border enforced and still do not want their citizen cousins treated like suspects. That is not a realignment collapsing. That is a media class hoping you will not check the sample. My guest today Bianca Gracia has been in those rooms. She is Executive director of Latinos for America First and a White House correspondent. She is not guessing from a crosstab in Brooklyn. We are going to put the polls on the table, play the clips the networks will not run, and ask the only question that matters on November third. Common sense, or communism.

  • Inside the Terrorist Cockpit, B-1s Leave Fairford, Elections Matter
    Oct 6 2026
Last Wednesday an Omani co-pilot named Hamam al-Hammami grabbed the crash axe on a Flydubai flight packed with Israelis headed for Tel Aviv and went after his captain. The UAE is calling it a terrorist attack. He had already flown that route once and backed off. This time he meant to crash the jet into Ben Gurion Airport. The captain was stabbed and still got the door open. Passengers piled in and stopped him. The airplane dropped thousands of feet before they got it back. Netanyahu says Islamist radicalization. Trump says if Iran is in it, the answer will be hard. Investigators are still peeling that onion. Yesterday look at RAF Fairford in the UK. A dozen B-1s that had been sitting in England to cut the flight time into Iran got pulled home in a single day. British counter-terror police had already picked up men near the fence over a suspected plot to hit the base. London says it has strong indications Iran was involved. Tehran denies it. The bombers left anyway, tankers still scrambling behind them. You do not empty a forward bomber base on a Sunday because the weather turned. Here at home the domestic fight is on in earnest for the midterm elections. Ballots start dropping in Arizona this week. Governor, attorney general, secretary of state, the legislature, Congress. Arizona is still a key state, and the people who think elections are a sideshow have not been paying attention. With us is today Wendy Rogers, Arizona state senator for District 7 and a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel. She flew as a pilot and will give us an inside the cockpit viewpoint on the hijacking and has spent her time in the legislature on election integrity, the border, and veterans. She is on the ballot again November 3rd and working hard to get out the vote in all races.

  • Islamic Terrorism in the Skies Again Amidst American Foreign Policy Moves
    Oct 5 2026
This episode was supposed to be about Trump’s reset of America’s foreign policy alone, but you just watched it and we’re covering this first. A Flydubai flight out of Dubai, bound for Tel Aviv, drops roughly seventeen thousand feet in under two minutes. The co-pilot, an Omani national, stabs the captain and tries to take the aircraft down with about a hundred and eighty people on board, most of them Israeli. The passengers and extra crew fight their way into the cockpit with help from the wounded Captain, regain control, and the jet lands in Saudi Arabia. Everybody walks off. Prime Minister Netanyahu is calling it an attempted jihadist terror attack. President Trump says the man was either a terrorist or a whack job. The investigation is still open. The pattern is not. That is the threat environment we are operating in this week, and it does not stop at thirty-five thousand feet. Iran’s president stood at the United Nations, a country still at war with the United States, and told the world he will not be bullied, he will not give up the nuclear program, and that Washington and Jerusalem are the real aggressors. We issued the visas. He used the stage. That is the host-country obligation colliding with a regime that has spent decades funding the proxy war. On the same trip, the President signed the Greenland security agreement with Denmark and Greenland. Not annexation. Permanent American control over security, new bases, and a hard bar on Chinese or Russian military presence, binding even if Greenland goes independent. He wanted the deed. He locked the Arctic. And out of the Xi summit, The President has a commitment not to support Iran, trade-truce extension, a reciprocal tariff cut on non-critical goods, a coal commitment, and an artificial-intelligence channel. We’re joined once again by TV news producer, former diplomat, and anchor at Talk Radio WABC in New York, Jake Novak.
