What if you stopped seeing yourself as the seed and started seeing yourself as the flower?

This episode starts with a simple exercise that came out of a client session. Picture the most beautiful flower you can imagine. It began as a seed in the dark and had to fight its way through the dirt toward the light. The whole time, it never doubted what it was. Your dream works the same way. It's already in your DNA, and how you see yourself decides what you get to experience.

In this episode we talk about:

• Why you won't succeed beyond what you can see yourself being
• Why belief comes before confidence, and confidence comes from the work you do
• The people-pleaser trap: giving everything away while never pouring into yourself
• Why your life can seem to fall apart when you start thinking positively, and why that's a good sign
• Why "fair" doesn't matter: whatever you overcome, you become
• A one-day challenge to be your own biggest fan

Your homework is to write down "I believe in me." Then spend one full day being annoyingly positive about yourself. Whatever happens, say: "This is happening for me. This is proof my life is getting better."
