  • Episode 4 : Bryan Blackmon
    Jun 28 2026
Bryan Blackmon is the founder of Crab Crew Life, a high-accountability transformation platform built to help people move beyond survival mode and create lasting change through disciplined action and authentic accountability. His journey to leadership was forged through extraordinary adversity, including addiction, homelessness, and the difficult process of rebuilding his life from absolute zero. Rather than relying on motivational slogans or quick-fix solutions, Bryan developed a structured methodology centered on daily execution, personal ownership, and behavioral consistency. What began as his own path to recovery and transformation has evolved into a global community where individuals challenge one another to become stronger, more resilient, and more intentional leaders. Today, Bryan is passionate about helping others break free from limiting beliefs, embrace responsibility, and discover what real leadership looks like—not in theory, but in practice. His work serves as a powerful reminder that leadership begins with leading yourself first.

    Jun 21 2026
On this edition of The Leadership Evolution Podcast, Luke welcomes Christopher Quigley to the show.

Christopher W Quigley is an interdisciplinary artist and designer whose work explores themes of entropy, impermanence, and transformation. With a background in interior and urban design, his practice spans over 20 years of fabrication of public art, sculpture, and immersive installations. His additional works, including Ephemeral Monolith, Last Adventure Tours, and Echinoidea, and Civil examine the breakdown of systems—whether societal, environmental, or personal—questioning what remains after structures collapse. Transformation of Dangerous Spaces continues this exploration by confronting the silent, eroding forces of complicity, power, and gendered violence, using immersive experience as a catalyst for awareness and accountability. Quigley has a focus on engaging audiences beyond passive observation. His projects challenge viewers to step inside the collapse of ideas, norms, and histories, asking not just what disappears over time, but what emerges in its place.
