To hold space for you, to guide you through and to possibly help you learn how to navigate those uncertain and often deeply uncomfortable 'in-betweens'. These invisible and emotional 'liminal spaces' arise as part of your human experience while healing, becoming, transforming, waiting, and moving through your life and your own journey.

  • Episode #7 - Stage, Theatre, Audition
    Oct 27 2026

Let’s start the show!…Khmm! This is not the Graham Norton Show… so let’s try again, shall we…?

“Ladies and Gents, this is the moment you’ve waited for.”…Hmmmm… Love it… close but not it… as it is already taken…

Welcome to your reclaimed spotlight, to your centre stage. [Beat]Hi, Hello & Welcome to the In-Bri-tween!(That is more like it!)

Okay… Now onto the less dramatic things… :)

This episode is humongous, packed with captivating stuff, I think, so ENJOY! Today’s performance according to the programme:

—Firstly: Intro about Septermber-October-November being “special” months, and me spicing it up with a little more astrology-talk and how the Universe always conspires in helping us align with anything and everyone we are meant to, need and/or desire. (Intro ends at 34:46)

—Secondly: After a 10-20 minute interval, you might need… I am going to introduce The Power of Storytelling and expand on On and Off Stage experiences in a way you might not have heard before — How are they connected? How they are very similar and yet completely different? What kind of impact they can have on us? And how deeply can they provide for us IF we let it? (1st Objective ends at 1:08:23)—& Thirdly: I share my story about acting & my anger and how my acting school years did not prepare me for a career as an actress but for something much, much deeper. Then adding to this list a life-changing TED Talk video of mine and my two most impactful insights about Auditions that made rejection for me a lot less painful.

And last but not least, I end this episode with a more fact-based part about TRANSIENT HYPOFRONTALITY (Flow/Creative Flow state), but I feel you are going to like this one!! And really ending it with an overly enthusiastic and cognitively exhausted farewell (I feel I really entered a liminal-flow-y, even delusional state as I was trying to wrap the episode up with actual words… :) )

Thank you for listening from all over the World through the World Wide Web within these past 6 months! You are all incredible! And it has been an incredible ride so far.Now do me and you a favour and pick up a pen or a paintbrush and get lost in some poetry, music or canvas or anything that can place you into that flow state and help you learn how to PLAY (enjoy something for the sake of enjoyment and not because you HAVE TO BE good at it).

I say farewell now to thee…

    With Love & Health,

    Bri

P.S. Here are the promised TED Talks I mention within the 1st objective in connection with The Power of Storytelling (plus I added Brené Brown’s video as well):

—The magical science of storytelling | David JP Phillips | TEDxStockholm - The chemicals we can unlock with storytelling (which can be healing for our system and human beingness).

—The power of storytelling | Andrea Gibbs | TEDxPerth - Storytelling and mental health, and giving people their voices.

—Hira Siddiqui: The Power of Storytelling - storytelling in connection with humanness and diversity.

—Smaran Nair: The Special Power of Storytelling - storytelling within education and for young adults.

—The Power of Vulnerability | Brené Brown | TED.

  • Episode #6 - Kitchen, Kitchenette
    Sep 18 2026

Hi, Hello and Welcome BACK to The In-Bri-tween

Is it just me or this year has been a wild ride so far… The year of the Horse, indeed. :)

Huge cycle closing within this and WITH this (humongous) episode: sense of self worth, letting go of control and the control freak identity or part of Self and embracing the imperfect, messy, playful, childlike sides & being seen as who we are…

I expand on this in a little more detail… So those of you who are dipping your toes into or being curious about what sort of impacts planetary movements can have on our human experiences… then the Intro is for You, Pumpkin. Enjoy…!

Apart from talking about closing cycles… and ACTUALLY closing cycles in real time…

In this Episode we are going to enter into and spend some time in the Kitchen (area) as liminal space and are going to have one of those deep convos (through our THREE objectives… cause yeah… one and a half hour… khmm…) that usually takes place within this space besides cooking.

    A ‘CONVERSATION…

Starting from a ‘Kitchen script’, I have been thinking about for a very long while…

Motion pictures like Meet Joe Black, The Matrix and their ‘relationship’ with the kitchen as ‘in-betweens’…

To lifestyle talk and awareness boost: Such as our relationship with food, The 7 types of hunger and The Brain-Heart-Gut Axis…

Just a reminder… That this is a space to be, to become aware and to learn to take up space by strengthening your sense of self through my brain and heart musings but not a place to ‘do the work’, to heal, to ‘be in therapy’…(It is also a breathe of fresh air for me to be able to stumble, to make mistakes, to say something and then to correct myself, to not be certain and to not be ‘ON’ at all times, but just talk and be a human learning, being and expressing and owning it…)

So whatever catches your ‘taste buds’ in this episode -or in whichever- try not to make those thoughts fit within you and/or your life but allow those moments close to you so you can feel more aligned.

As always, thanking you kindly for listening & ‘in-between’-ing alongside Me.

And special thanks to an amazing Human (Steve) for sending his in-between thoughts through and a little surprise which I kickstart this episode with (SURPRISE!).

Alright without further ado… let’s get this conversation started…

Put the kettle on… Get your favourite mug with a hot beverage of your choice… Sit down with a meal or get started with you cooking and let’s get lost in this 2 am ‘In-Bri-tween’ kitchen conversation…With Love & Health,

    Bri

  • Episode #5 - In-Between Countries, In-Between ‘Homes’
    Aug 22 2026

Hi there, Hello & Welcome (back) to The In-Bri-tween!

If I have to describe this episode with a few words, it would be ‘An End of an Era‘, ‘An End of a Cycle’, or ‘The End of Our Travels’.

Well, metaphorically I mean… As this is the last episode connected to travelling and an episode where I share why Episode #4 got promoted as a Prologue to this one and how it provided me a (liminal – non-judgemental) space to be, to feel, to express while ending a decade-ish cycle in my own story.

Then I will dive deeper into…

-How deciding to move countries (out of deep necessity/desperation) can push you into an in-between state and how could the wait feel…

-How I ‘aided’ my homesickness throughout the years, which turned out to be a more complex ‘emotion’ (Emotions actually!!) I was avoiding, bypassing…

-I elaborate on a not-so-pleasant liminal space you could find yourself ‘trapped’ in especially in this fast-paced healing era, and how it felt for me to free myself from it.(P.S. No, I have never jumped off of a waterfall, and please do not try it at home either! And while you are jumping on rocks, please make sure you are looking out for your own safety! Thank you!)

-And last but not least, I talk about the importance of REST (in a way that you might have never heard before… fingers crossed!) and share how R&R and I became extremely close over the years and how our connection is still going strong.

    Too bad I cannot do a sing-y song here. Just kidding… :)

As always: Thank you for being here. Thank you for listening!

Enjoy this in-between, and I shall see you soon in our Next One!

P.S. If any part of the storytelling on here resonated with you on a level that you feel called to unpack certain areas of your life and/or create significant and meaningful changes within them, then please do not hesitate to reach out to schedule a free no-pressure consultation/conversation call to see where you currently are (Mind, Body, Soul) and what you might need in order to meet your deeper needs and desires. I look forward to connecting with You. :)

    With Love & Health,

    Bri
