We are back! Thanks for your patience over the last few months. Today we are joined by Jena Mahoney as we discuss the transformation that happens to missionaries and those they teach during mission service. When we serve the Lord, we discover God's power working in the lives of His children!

Hello loyal listeners! We apologize for the break in releasing new episodes but are excited to return to regular episodes on this podcast. Today Gary and Ryan discuss 2 beloved friends we need on our repentance journey and walk with Jesus Christ; a broken heart and contrite spirit. Hear Ryan's wedding proposal story and learn about the conditions of repentance. What can we offer Jesus Christ in our repentance journey? Dive deeper into what a broken heart and contrite spirit mean and what they look like in daily life. Elder Bruce Porter said, "When we remember the Savior and His suffering, our hearts too will break in gratitude for the Anointed One."

Jesus Christ IS the change agent! Today, Ryan and Gary discuss part 2 of Chapter 13 in The Divine Gift of Forgiveness book by Elder Neil L. Andersen. They discuss 2 common detours (myths) that we take in our journey of repentance; Detour #1 Repentance is the punishment of sin and Detour #2 Repentance alone saves us. Anytime we do anything that minimizes the role of Jesus Christ, we are on a detour. We hope you enjoy this episode and share it with others. Jesus Christ is THE WAY!
