• #484 Six Years After a Stage 4 Breast Cancer Prognosis: Choosing to Believe in Healing
    Oct 17 2026

What happens when you're told you have 12 months or less to live, and six years later, you're still here?

On October 11, 2020, I received a stage four metastatic breast cancer diagnosis. Six years later, I'm celebrating being here, continuing to live, grow, and believe in healing.

In this deeply personal episode, I'm sharing how my relationship with cancer has changed, why I've been working to let go of the identity of being a cancer patient, and what it means to choose love over fear when making decisions about my health.

We talk about belief, manifestation, medical care, daily mindset practices, financial abundance, and the importance of receiving support.

I'm also sharing the vision I hold for a future celebration of having no evidence of disease.

Believing in healing doesn't mean the journey will be easy or that there won't be setbacks. It means choosing how you want to live while you continue to show up for yourself.

  • #483 Life After Breast Cancer - Four Women Share How Their Lives Changed For the Better
    Oct 9 2026

What if life after breast cancer could be more than just getting back to normal?

This week, I'm joined by four incredible women I've coached for more than six years. They've experienced different stages of breast cancer, different challenges, and different paths to healing. But they all have something powerful in common: they've learned how to create lives they love after diagnosis.

We talk about the emotional aftermath of breast cancer, learning to set boundaries, trusting yourself with difficult decisions, and discovering that taking care of yourself isn't selfish.

From choosing reconstruction eight years after diagnosis to learning how to live fully with metastatic breast cancer, these women share what it really looks like to move forward.

You don't have to go back to who you were before breast cancer. You get to decide who you want to become next.

    Meet the Women:

Avril shares how changing her thoughts transformed her relationship with breast cancer.

Robin Scalzo shares how she learned to value herself, set boundaries, and create a healthier life.

Linda Ford shares why healing doesn't have a deadline and why it's okay to change your mind.

Sherry Henderson shares how she continues to find purpose, connection, and hope while living with metastatic breast cancer.

  • #482 Breathe Through the Sh!t with Jondrea Phelps
    Oct 2 2026
What happens when treatment ends, the scans are clear, and everyone expects you to feel grateful… but you don't feel like yourself anymore? My guest this week is Jondrea Phelps, a breast cancer survivor, author, speaker, coach, and founder of JP Empowerment and Flatties Wear. After her breast cancer diagnosis, mastectomy, treatment, and being told she was cancer-free, Jondrea discovered that the "after" of breast cancer can bring its own grief, fear, anger, identity changes, and uncertainty. We talk about what it means to stop trying to get back to normal, how HypnoBreathwork® helped Jondrea process what she was carrying, and why healing can be about moving forward into a new version of yourself. You don't have to pretend everything is okay just because you made it through. Meet Jondrea: Jondrea Phelps is a breast cancer survivor, author, speaker, coach, and founder of JP Empowerment and Flatties Wear. After walking through her own breast cancer diagnosis, mastectomy, treatment, and the complicated emotional aftermath of being told she was cancer-free, she discovered that healing doesn't end when the scans are clear. Through JP Empowerment, Jondrea supports women navigating the "after" of breast cancer, the part that doesn't always get talked about. The identity shifts. The grief. The anger. The fear. The disconnection from a body that may look and feel completely different. And the pressure to simply be grateful that you survived. Using HypnoBreathwork®, Jondrea helps women move beyond only talking about their pain and begin to physically release what they've been carrying. Her approach is honest, compassionate, and refreshingly no-bullshit: you are not broken, you don't need to be fixed, and you don't have to pretend everything is okay just because you made it through. She is also the founder of Flatties Wear, an adaptive clothing brand created to help women feel seen, comfortable, and empowered in bodies that have changed after breast cancer. Jondrea's message is simple: Your pain is not the end of your story. It can become a doorway back to yourself and into a life that feels like yours again. • #480 There is No Guarantee - Learning To Live Fully After Breast Cancer
    Sep 18 2026

How many times have you said, or heard yourself think, I did all the things?

We follow the protocols, take the supplements, change the food, and quietly believe that if we just do it well enough, we will be safe. So what happens when the body does something we did not sign up for anyway?

In this episode, I sit with three truths that sound heavy at first and actually set a lot of us free.

The goal is not to convince yourself that nothing bad will happen. It is to become the woman who knows she can live fully without knowing what comes next.

  • #479 You Are More Than A Breast Cancer Survivor - Evolving Your Identity
    Sep 11 2026

When the scan comes back clear, does the thought of cancer actually leave with it?

For so many of us, the answer is no. The disease can be gone from the body while the identity of being a person with cancer quietly stays behind.

This episode started with a question a friend asked me over dinner, one that made me look closely at what really happens to who we are after a diagnosis.

Cancer can be something you are managing without being the identity you are living from.

  • #478 The Inner Work Behind Healthy Change After Breast Cancer
    Sep 4 2026

Why is it that you can know exactly what would help you feel better, and still not do it?

You already know to eat real food, to move your body, to rest. Knowledge was never the missing piece. So what is?

In this episode, I share the moment I realized I needed a lifeline, and the thing I come back to again and again: lasting change is not built on willpower. It is built on quietly becoming the person who can hold the thing you say you want.

You do not need another rule. You need to become the person the rule was never able to create.

  • #477 Life After Breast Cancer - When to Push And When to Pause
    Aug 28 2026

How do you know whether it is time to push forward, hold steady, or give yourself permission to stop?

Most of us never ask. We just keep pressing, adding the next hard thing, without checking whether we have the reserves to carry it.

In this episode, I borrow a simple idea from metabolic wellness and show you how it maps onto the way we live, and I get honest about what it looked like to let myself pause without guilt.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is make space.
