Soft Alchemy is a sacred space for transmutation—where survival becomes softness, and everyday experience becomes embodied wisdom. This monthly audio-visual podcast lives at the intersection of holistic wellness, spirituality, and real life, offering an altar for reflection, restoration, and remembrance.

Hosted by certified well-being coach, Ayurvedic educator and embodiment guide Stevie Reneé, Soft Alchemy invites listeners into a slow, spacious return to themselves. In a world that teaches us to armor up and disconnect from our bodies, the podcast offers a gentle remembering: softness is not the opposite of strength, but one of its highest expressions, and what once hardened us can become the wisdom that helps us heal.

Each episode is an offering of breath, story, and presence. Guided by Stevie’s reflections, intuitive insights, and Vedic teachings woven through lived experience, Soft Alchemy explores what it means to come home to ourselves and live in deeper alignment with who we are becoming.

This is a sanctuary for your full self—complex, evolving, and in-progress—where presence and gentle ritual become the alchemy that transforms challenge into embodied strength and light.

  • The Art of Finding My Way Back: On Grief, Change, and the Joy of Creating
    Oct 16 2026

Lately I've been thinking a lot about the grief that comes with change, uncertainty, and realizing that the life we're living looks nothing like the one we imagined for ourselves. Beyond losing my grandfather in March, I recently came to the realization that I've actually been navigating a lot of that grief over the past few years. And the way I've moved through it is by working with my hands, first through gardening and now by returning to my love for making jewelry.

What started as a simple desire to create something beautiful eventually became Tempered Earth, my handmade adornment studio. But beyond the jewelry itself, the act of creating has given me something I desperately needed, which is a way to reconnect with myself.

This episode is a personal reflection on grief, survival, and the small moments of joy that help us feel like ourselves again. While art hasn't magically fixed what's difficult in my life, it's reminded me that there's still room for possibility, even in this challenging moment.

Some reflections to take with you...

    • Have you been moving through grief for a life, future, or version of yourself that no longer feels familiar?
    • What activities, experiences, or practices help you feel a little more like yourself?
    • How might you make room for those things, not as another task to accomplish, but simply because they bring you joy?

I'm sending so much love to you. I hope this reflection reminds you that you deserve moments of joy, even when life feels heavy.

    Stevie

  • You Are Equipped: Guided Meditation for Remembering Your Inner Resources
    Jul 26 2026

Sometimes, when life feels uncertain, it's easy to become fixated on what's missing:

    The answer.
    The opportunity.
    The money.
    The healing.
    The certainty.

And while those things matter, sometimes we become so focused on what isn't here yet that we lose sight of everything that's already supporting us.

This guided meditation is an invitation to pause and take inventory. Together, we'll settle into the body, reconnect with the breath, reflect on the experiences that have shaped us, and remember the practices, relationships, and inner qualities that have gotten us through difficult seasons. I hope this practice helps you reconnect with the wisdom and resilience within you.

This meditation may feel supportive if you're:

    • moving through a season of uncertainty or transition
    • feeling like you're starting from nothing or don't have enough
    • wanting a moment to slow down and reconnect with yourself
    • wanting to remember the strengths, practices, and wisdom you already have

Thank you for sharing this practice with me. May it leave you feeling a little more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.

    Stevie

  • What Does It Mean to Be Self-Resourced?: What I'm Learning About What I Already Have
    Jul 12 2026

Over the past few weeks, I've found myself worrying about money while preparing for the first collection from Tempered Earth, my new handmade adornment studio. But what started as a practical search for supplies turned into something illuminating.

As I began gathering old jewelry materials I'd collected over the years, I kept rediscovering things I thought I was missing. Earring backs. Findings. My kitchen scale. Beads I forgot I owned. And while opening organizers and taking inventory of what was already there, I realized I wasn't just rediscovering supplies, but I was also rediscovering myself.

This episode is a reflection on what it means to be self-resourced, and by self-resourced, I don't mean as someone who has everything they'll ever need, but as someone who pauses long enough to recognize all they already have within themselves.

If you've also been waiting until you have "enough" before taking your next step, I hope this episode can provide a fresh perspective.

Some reflections to take with you...

    • What resources have you gathered through your experiences over the years?
    • Where have you been overlooking evidence of your own growth or readiness because you've been focused on what's still missing?
    • What would change if, before reaching for something outside yourself, you paused to take inventory of what already lives within you?

Thank you for spending this quiet moment with me. Let me know how you feel about this new episode flow.
