  • So, what's next for Georgia Ridler?
    Nov 9 2020
I walked away from speaking to Georgia thinking, "Jeez... it's nice to hear my thoughts are normal." Welcome to another week of So, what's next? and on this week's episode, we have the Lead Performance Psychologist at the Australian Olympic Committee, Georgia Ridler. After speaking to so many athletes, I wanted to find out more about how our mental wellbeing can affect our performance, the importance of the work life balance, the incredible skills that athletes learn that can be used in the world of employment and how to identify as more than just an athlete. I truly encourage any athlete and person, regardless of where they're at in their career, give this episode a listen. In other news, go check us out on Instagram @podcastsowhatsnext. See you all there!
