This podcast is a blessing.

I don't think I've made it to the end of a single episode without falling deeply, soundly asleep. I'm waking up more refreshed, calmer, and feeling more in control of my mind and my choices. Recommending to all my friends as I'm noticing a positive impact in less than 2 weeks of being a listener, excited to see where this journey leads.

The most wonderful sleep and relaxation podcast

I have so much help from Jessica's soothing voice and insights. She has got me through so many difficult nights. Every episode is different and takes me too a very deep relaxation within.
I would recommend this podcast to everyone needing relief and help from stress.

dreaming before the end

Jessica has the magic recipe for sleep. I have followed her from sleepwave and I'm glad I did. I listen using speakers in my sleep mask and it helps me drown out my husbands snoring. I'm no longer anxious about trying to sleep, Jessica makes it easy. Thank you

Just wonderful

Jessica's voice is perfect for a hypnosis session (I'm a trained hypnotherapist so I know!), she lulls you into a deep, relaxed state and then to sleep. I can't thank her enough for producing this podcast❤️

helping with sleep paralysis

Thisbreally helps me to sleep properly and also helps with preventing my sleep paralysis. i initially listened to help get me to sleep calmly, however sometimes when i have sleep paralysis, after i come round i put one of these podcasts on and it stops me slipping back into it again. amazing. thank you.

Now it works for me!

Having previously said that I woke up at the end, I now sleep on. I really look forward to new episodes and frequently listen to past ones. I love the book readings. Please can we have one from Heidi by Johanna Spyri? I read this as a child, and dreamed of having a bed in the eaves, as Heidi did in her grandfather's house. Well done, Jessica, and please don't ever give up.

Rested like never before

I'm a night shift worker who has struggled with insomnia for 15 years but I can finally drift off easily in to sleep without tossing and turning for hours.
I don't actually have any clue what any of the episodes are about because I'm usually asleep somewhere between the eyebrow wiggle and relaxing the shoulders/arms. I genuinely love this podcast.

It really works!

This podcast has made such a huge difference. I struggled to fall asleep before but now I rarely even get halfway through an episode. I’d be lying if I said I don’t wake up a little disappointed to have missed the story (again) though!
