About this listen

🔸Do you want to be able to show up for any event in your life feeling 100% like yourself? 🔸Are you sick of wondering why the outfits that look good on other people look or feel weird on you? 🔸Do you feel like you should already know how to create your own style? Like there was a cute girl outfit class that everyone else took but you didn’t know about? You know how most women are self-conscious about how they look? I was too! Now I have a process for discovering your Style DNA so you and I can look and feel like ourselves. Style DNA is my acronym and what this podcast is all about: 🔸D) your body’s DESIGN. This includes your silhouette, inherent color palette, and many other artistic characteristics that determine what looks best on you. (Physical form) 🔸(N) your NEEDS, based on your lifestyle, what life stage you are in, your roles, what industry you’re in, where you live geographically and climate-wise. (External elements) 🔸(A) your AESTHETIC. The vision of beauty that’s unique to you. What you like, and what you don’t like, and WHY. (Internal elements) Imagine being able to walk into a roomful of people, forget about what you are wearing, and just be who you are there to be. I believe when women are seen and valued for who they truly are, we will begin to see the transformation our world so desperately needs. My dream is universal flourishing. You not feeling self-conscious is the frosting; being kind to the planet is the sprinkles. Let’s connect! Get the wardrobe building jumpstart guide, The Wardrobe Pyramid: http://eepurl.com/hsNpHH. • 118 🔸 The Value Contrast Mistake That Makes Women Invisible
    Feb 25 2026

Many women silently lose themselves to life and responsibilities. One way this shows up visually is through value contrast choices that don't match their natural coloring.

Last episode, I mentioned seeing one exception to the rule that genuine preferences align with what works. This week, I'm sharing what happened and why understanding your value contrast is essential to being seen for who you truly are instead of disappearing in your own outfits.

  • 117 🔸 When Your Cognitive Functions Create Doubt About What Looks Good
    Feb 11 2026

Ever asked yourself "what if what I like doesn't actually look good on me?"

If you're an ENFP, INFP, ENTP, or INTP, this question probably feels familiar. Your cognitive functions are creating doubt, but here's what you need to know: your genuine aesthetic preferences and what actually works for you align more than you think.

Understanding your cognitive functions helps you see why you doubt yourself and why that doubt might be misplaced.

  • 116 🔸 The Minimal Mom Principle That Makes Wardrobes Work
    Jan 28 2026

I went to the mall last week. I was surprised to see the clothing stores are basically gone. I guess if I was shopping for my clothes at the mall, I wouldn't have been surprised.

In this week's episode, I share how my clothing spending changed last year, in light of the shifting retail landscape. I hear "I don't know where to shop" from people all the time and it makes strategic wardrobe building more necessary than ever.

I'm also sharing an important principle from a YouTube decluttering channel I've been watching.

When The Minimal Mom explained how she uses "favorites first" alongside categories and containers, I realized it is the exact formula I use in my wardrobe building system, The Wardrobe Pyramid.

Listen to the episode and learn how to edit your closet and build outfits you love the easy way!
