Summary
ISRO's PSLV-C60 mission successfully launched two SPADEX satellites designed to demonstrate space docking technology. The mission also included the PSLV Orbital Experimental Module-4 (POEM-4), carrying various experiments. Unexpected satellite drift necessitated postponing the planned January 9th, 2025 docking. SPADEX aims to advance India's capabilities in rendezvous, docking, and satellite servicing.
