erin k. bailey (ekb*) has been DJing since 2001. Born and raised in Hawai'i, she raved in the Pacific Northwest in the mid 90's and fell madly in love with breakbeats. After moving to Phoenix, AZ in 1998 she bought her turntables, started DJing in the desert, and never looked back. The tropical climate and long breakbeat history in FL lured her out to the beaches of Miami in 2011, where she had the opportunity to DJ alongside many of her music heroes. ekb* returned to Washington state in 2015, and has had a blast bringing her bass-heavy breakbeat sounds to the masses. Incorporating elements of funk, disco, and ragga, she invites you to leave the 9 to 5 on the shelf and just enjoy yourself!
