Mel is brilliant, real & caring. I love listening.

Mel gives real-life examples about how we are letting emotions & fear live our lives & how to get out of the trap.
She's also entertaining & kind. I love having her in my ear to give me a positive lift when daily life gets a bit heavy.

Excellent Podcast!

I’ve been a long-standing follower/listener of Mel Robbins teaching and these ones are jam packed with information and easy to follow exercises and advice. The narration is great and I felt as though Mel was actually speaking to ME!! Do yourself a favour and listen to all these incredible podcast episodes
