This week on Pole Obsession, we’re joined by two of this year’s Australian Pole Championships professional competitors — Sarah Jade from Queensland and Grace from Victoria — ahead of the APC National Finals this Friday!

We get to know the women behind the performances, talking training, coaching, running studios, preparing for competition and somehow fitting pole into very full lives.

Outside of pole, Sarah and Grace both work in healthcare — one as a physio and the other as a nurse — so we chat about careers, work-life-pole balance and what life actually looks like when they’re not upside down.

And because apparently we can’t stay completely on topic, things eventually turn to Elizabeth’s beauty tips… before we put Sarah and Grace on the spot for their own. 😂

After the events at the WA Pole Championships, there’s been a lot of conversation — about costumes, rules, approvals, disqualifications and how competition decisions are made.
